Appearance:
-The appearance of Novuton is unmistakable to say the least. Novuton is a combination of Fūton and Raiton elemental chakra natures to create a brand new advanced element. The advanced element has one main look that anyone with or without a Doujutsu could tell it was that. The Chakra of Novuton is similar to a silver colored flame that is seen flowing through the body of the wielder. [Doujutsu wielders] This form is the dormant state of the chakra looking but upon the activation of a technique the chakra is physical seen with or without a Kekkei Genkai.

-Novuton, or Nova Release, is a combination of Fūton, or Wind Release, and Raiton, or lightning Release. Theses two basic chakra natures have both been seen to enhance the physical stature of the opponent as well as hinder the physical stature of others. The Fūton, or Wind Release, elemental chakra is used to eliminate the Wind Resistance or anything of that nature off of the body, and the Raiton, or Lightning Release, elemental chakra is used to basically supercharge the wielder’s body. Novuton, or Nova Release, combines both physical enhancing properties of those two basic elements to breath life into a whole new realm of physical enhancing jutsu and anything of that nature.

The one thing separates this release from the two basic ones is that it unlocks the whole brain for the wielder. Thus, giving the user unbelievable thought process and things of that nature. Even though, the limit beaker, known as Nova Release, is highly powerful and almost godly. The main drawback is the unbelievable about of damage it does to the user’s overall health. The organ that seems to take the most damage is the brain. The brain’s limit is broken and easily exceed by a good number of times, which in turns causes headaches, blurring vision, bleeding from nose/mouth/ears, and overall mental fatigue. The advantages and disadvantages will be different for each form/technique/jutsu of this release. Thus, they will be explained better within the actual jutsu.

Ermm... I'll need a second opinion

My opinion was asked for, so here it is.

Okay that last paragraph should be removed. That in itself is a separate ability, to completely change the element of someone else and give them this release.

Everything else seems fine. As long as the Novuton custom versions of canon jutsus are of one's not banned/restricted and that held no element. Also all of your Novuton jutsu will need some cooldown-like drawbacks because of the strain it puts on the mind and body.

Hmm, They held no element? Could it of my elements and non? Since I plann on converting one of my own Custom Wind techniques to Novuton for one part of my final and ultimate technique. Also, the drawbacks will be different for each technique because they focus on different things. Get it? So, if I change Wind Stepping technique, which is speed technique, into Novuton. The drawbacks will deal with the mind and some body effects. The organ that is hit the hardest is the brain. Also, each technqiue will have a cooldown/safe period in which anotehr Novuton technique can't be activated and if it is. The user will suffer brain damage, which basically KO's the character.

Okay then, but when you register the customs, the draw back needs to be clear and stated.
With that I say approved, unless Suno has a problem with it.
