Hisoka's Second Ability

Description: Similar to the Mangekyou technique of the Mangekyou Sharingan, Hisoka has developed an ability using his Sharingan and his advanced familiarity with the element of fire. Hisoka is able to spawn fire with his eyes. The range he is able to spawn the fire within is seven meters, though the total range after being moved is 15 meters. He may then shift the direction and movement of the fire simply by shifting his eyes. The fire follows behind his eye movements, meaning, if he goes from looking at something at three o clock, then turns to looks at twelve aclock, the flames will follow behind shortly. The flames are far from inextinguishable. AKA exntinguished as easily as normal fire jutsu. Sheesh. >_>


Duration: Until extinguished, or until they naturally burn out.
Cool Down: Able to spawn the fire 5 times, with a cooldown of 4 posts.

UNAPPROVED. Though the fire is extinguishable there needs to be some major nerfing.

So add a range on this.

Edit that the fire does not spawn directly on the target.

Give it a lag. The fire is not to move as fast as the eyes.

We'll work from there depending on what you add.

Also Im now thinking this shouldn't be used till 3rd Tomoe is gained, it only seems natural.

Depends on the amount of chakra being used with the technique, as with any type of fire technique.
