Personality: Rai is that guy that everyone wants to be.He is funny and smart,but knows not to take things to far.He commonly believes that the world would be a better place with peace.He is a very strong person because he is emotionally stable but has a temper when he is reminded of his childhood that wasn't so kind to him.He is the smart guy out the bunch but holds back on his comments until there greatly needed.Even tho Rai is very lazy he has incredible strength
Rai believes in a win no matter method so Rai get the job done with anything needed Rai don't care if its blinding my enemy as long as it gets things done Rai am fine with using it.Rai is also very strategic which means if he is backed into a corner Rai will use my smarts to turn the tables and win the fight.He can sometime be cocky without knowing it and believes in a talk now and fight later kinda guy.He seems to love women no matter the situation Rai loves himself some females.He believes without them the world wouldn't be so great and wants to sleep with as many women as possible before he dies.Rai is also a gambler,he likes to place bets on everything to see if things will go in his favor.He doesn't like to lose and will cheat to get things into his favor.Doesn't matter if its fighting or gambling Rai will defend his right to win the battle.

History(optional)~History:Born in the underwater village known as Kaiyougakure was how the boy known as Rai would start his life. He was born on a cold day in the underwater world and wasn't very happy in his arrival to the new world. His clear violet eyes made everyone look at him in awe. He was born into the Hyuuga family and wore the name Rai Hyuuga. His parents were Kinkaku Hyuuga and Ketsuya Hyuuga. Both former shinobi but parents first. Now to start off from the beginning. At the start of the day Kinkaku was coming back from a mission as he was intercepted by a fellow shinobi was the village and he had informed him that his wife Ketsuya was giving birth. Kinkaku rushed to the hospital to find his wife screaming and hollering. Things were getting intense. Kinkakus eyes burning with his intense violet glow and he was smiling. His wife was clinching for his head which he gave her his hand and it was squeezed to the point of no return. one final push would let a young blonde haired boy into the world.
As he was born he looked at everyone before he started crying and flailing at everyone. He would then roll out of the doctors hands and on to the edge of his mothers bed. He started screaming looking at his mother and she started crying tears of joy. The boys father simply nodded with a smirk. This child would grow up to be a fine shinobi. About 5 years have passed and Rai had entered the academy for shinobi where he was trained by his fathers ex girlfriend which was kind of akward so to speak. The boy would learn the fundamentals of being a shinobi here preparing him for the real world. Or better yet the shinobi world. The world he wanted...
During his time at the academy he made many friends some strong some not so strong. Rai found himself to be not the strongest but not the weakest. But he knew there was always room for improvement. Upon graduation day he moved to a village that was hidden in waterfalls where me met a friend named Yuumou. A pretty powerful shinobi but he also met a girl named Ejiki. Rai moved back to Kaiyougakure a year later and finished his final year in the ninja academy. He became a genin and vowed to always become stronger than what he already was. With his Hyuuga blood he would have to step his game up to show why he is in this clan.
