* 1 Flashback Topic at a time Per Character
* Flashback Are To Be Posted In Flashback Section(Land Of Time)
* Must Be In A Topic Present Time To Be Able To Participate In A Flashback
* Flashback Time Frames Can't Occur To Close To Present Time Topic. Setting Should Be At
Least 2 Weeks Or More Before Present Time Topic.
* Time Setting Should Be Mentioned At The Beginning Of First Post Of Flashback Topic.
* Avoid Flashbacks That Will Contradict With Your Character Current Time. If you just obtained some power present time, you can't train that power in a flashback. Be logical people please, otherwise your flashback might become void. Flashbacks are meant to fill in gaps between your character's history and current time.
* Flashbacks are considered IC.
