Alright, this is posted on every corner of every street and tought everywhere. This is what you WILL follow.
As the Proclamation of a subsection of the Kumo article of control, Ame is under direct rule of Kumogakure.
All laws and rules of Kumo are hereby in affect of Ame.
Rules Acclaimed to Ame only per the article:
Law 1:
Kumo nin are held in higher regard than Ame nin. You will gladly give your life to save a Kumo ninja.
Subsection A: If two Kumo nin are in danger save the higher ranking nin
Law 2:
All people will be ranked based on the Chunin exams and battles. (If you rank up by pts you will be made to battle another nin of the rank you are ranking up to, if there is none, you are scott free)
Law 3:
Every mission given to you by the Kage is of top priority. However, if this mission is to interfere with any laws such as law 1, you are to disregard said mission or you are allowed to request logical grounds of doing said mission.
Law 4:
All Ame nin that do NOT have a special medal will be dubbed missing and all missing rules will apply to them. If can get a medal by talking to the Kage.
Law 5:
You may not rebel. Any rebellion will be seen as an act of war, no matter the size. It will be take accordingly and your picture will be posted on every corner.(after the rebellion, your next topic everyone in Ame will know you are a traitor.)
Law 6:
Ame is now under Martial Law.
Sub-section A:
Curfew is in affect. No Ame nin under the rank of Sp. Jounin is to stay out at night past the hour of 9:30.
Sub-section B: All nin that do not bow in respect to Kumo nin will be killed on sight.
Sub-Section C: You are to do as a Kumo nin dictates. No matter their rank to yours. Ame is here to serve Kumo.
