New Templates

I'm not attempting to poke any undue attention to the creators of the original, I just believe that we need a new Template. I know having Customs weapons was brought up a while ago, but this is mainly focused on the Puppets. We have a list of things we can put on our Puppets, and I think it needs a revamp.
It'll take forever to earn the needed points and then you get relatively little so I'm wondering if anyone thinks we should have a different Template for the Puppets? The costs would be something along the lines of:
E: 10-20 D: 20-30 C: 30-40 B: 50-60 A: 70-80 S: 100+
Here would be my suggestion for replacement:
Puppet Name:
Rank: [Follows the same rules as jutsu creation...]
Type: [Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary]
Description: [Summary of the puppet. Four lines or more...]

Weapons/Armor/Utilities: [Include here the listed weapons/armor and their various gadgets in their locations on the Puppet. However their will be a limit to the number of items available on them in accordance to it's Rank, the list goes as follows:
E: Two Weapon Slots; One Armor Slot; One Utility Slot
D: Three Weapon Slots; One Armor Slot; One Utility Slot
C: Four Weapon Slots; One Armor Slot; Two Utility Slots
B: Six Weapon Slots; Two Armors Slots; Three Utility Slots
A: Eight Weapon Slots; Two Armor Slots; Three Utility Slots
S: Twelve Weapon Slots; Two Armor Slots; Four Utility Slots

Pretty good, but I think Dev had a reason for things being expensive.

I agree with Seryth on the points, but that is indeed very good.

I was on the Chat Box a while ago, and I've been thinking about one of the Classes. Namely the Cleaner, several of us now have jutsu that physically modify us, without the class. So instead of removing the class or those jutsu, I propose that we assign the Cleaner Class a new Advantage. If you ask me they should have the ability to create implants for within the body.
So for this I would propose this template:
Name of Implant:[Self-explanatory]
Description:[What it look like, you should know this if you have any experience, also put in a picture if you have one.]
Capabilities: What the implant's special effect is, or what advantage it conveys.]
Now I know what some might be thinking, isn't it a little unfair that they can't get this? Well since I'm interested and sympathetic for a reason I'll explain later. But if you wish, I think that for a price, they could give it to someone. However they would have to have the correct Class[Medical] and the as for the price, I think the Mods should assign it. Now this is why I wanted to allow others in on it. I'm a Puppeteer, and I'd rather like to allow people to become Human Puppets of their own will. So they'd need someone who will be able to carry out the operation, along with the Puppeteer's direction. Actually I don't know whether that will be allowed so I'll leave it to the Mods.
