Every clan will have a clan leader. If you are apart of a large clan then the clan will be posted in the group section at the bottom of the site. The clan leader will be the group moderator.
To get accepted into the clan, the clan leader HAS to approve you.
As clan leader, you are the strongest member of the clan. NO as an uchiha you will not get Mangekyou, and NO you will not have an easy way to max out without training.
You will be the strongest of the clan, your sharingan, your byakugan, your kaguya bones are the strongest of the clan and cannot be matched.
To become the clan leader you must be chosen by the rest of the clan or appointed by the webmaster
Clan leaders get 20 points a week
