Description: The user builds chakra in their hands, and form a seal on a target. By first planting the seal on themselves, and then on another, the user links the two through a form of communication which takes place by the sound of a person's voice being sealed within the seal itself. Another barer of the seal can release this sound by placing chakra into their seal, and thus instant communication, as the sound will be played from the seal. The seal will turn from black to red when there is sound sealed within the technique, allowing one to know they have a message.
