The term 'Shinobi' in this present day and age, is mostly centralized around the use of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu to deal damage to opponents. However when the use of these Techniques was still in it's infancy, the ability to use small scale techniques with great effectiveness was prized.
So the use of 'Bedroom politics' Ninjutsu was created. In this instance it allows a Male Shinobi to increase the length of his penis. Indeed it becomes almost tentacle-like in the way it can move. Reaching a length varying between one meter and a meter and a half, this can be used to utterly destroy the insides of a female, ruining them for any other male. There where several rumors that after this technique was used, the recipient was unable to walk because of the pounding given.
An useful note is that this jutsu uses the chakra to deaden the feelings experienced by the appendage, keeping it to feeling the same as it would at normal length.

Description:
Once again a Jutsu commonly used and classified by in the 'Bedroom politics' section of Ninjutsu, it allows the user to extend their tongue and use it to lift various objects. But once again it can be used in the same fashion the tongue is in intercourse.
There is a thin film of chakra covering the appendage allowing it to take a bit more punishment then it could normally withstand.
If the limb is caught the Shinobi in question who is using it can close the flow of chakr causing it to grow, and literally separate it from his body, much like a lizard for which this jutsu is named.

Description:
A Jutsu of the Nara Clan, it is a weaker version of the primary Clan Jutsu: the Shadow Imitation Technique. By lowering the power and requirements for the jutsu, it allows it to take a more functional position, without compromising the user as much as the original Jutsu. This technique attaches one portion of the bodies available shadow onto a oncoming projectile. This allows the same effect as the original jutsu, if the user attached the shadow of their hand to a oncoming kunai, then moved their hand downwards, the Kunai would follow in the same direction.
In some other cases it can be used to partially control the bodies parts of other people.

Are these like serious jutsu ?

Yeah, and considering the amount of missions that are related to these jutsu, well they'll come in handy. Why want to learn some? If they are inappropriate for Site use I'll remove them.

Description:
Using the Ninjutsu known as 'Raging Reptilian Tongue' this is a next version, after performing the jutsu this allows the user to coat the appendage in chakra, this chakra increases the sharpness of the surface area of the limb. This allows it to be used as a weapon, however it cannot be used to slash through an opponent, only through stabbing motions will it piece skin.

okay so this doesn't state really what the jutsu would do in battle :/

Empty Cicada Shell Denied, its essentially the same thing as body replacement. One switches positions with an item so that the illusion is maintained. Body replacement doesn't have to be done with a log, and can really be any item, so you using clothing would essentially make it the same. It is also to be suspected that during the original body replacement technique that flicker is used as well considering how fast the switch is made. Plus 'Empty Cicada Shell' is also the name of another jutsu or rather very close in resemblance. So yeah DENIED, delete it.

Art of Iron Skin, denied there is an earth element jutsu that accomplishes the same thing.
