Staff Pay

Mods= 25 points

GM= 50 points

Admin= 75 points

Webmaster= 100 points

Group leaders will receive an extra 10 points.

Every two weeks on sunday. Dont get paid, you dont get shit

Rules

You don't add your pay regardless of your position. This is reserved for the Admin.

You will make a topic, one that you will repeatedly post in, and basically claim your pay. However, you can not just post and get them. Each time you post, your overall staff activity will be reviewed.

If your a GM or a Mod, your activity will be reviewed by a majority of the Admin. This will not be an open full out discussion, because that takes too long. If you are an Admin and feel like someone is lazy then you have the option of expressing your opinion, which I will take into consideration. However, I will determine whether or not the pay is received.

HOWEVER, if you are an Admin, the ability to get paid is determined by me, myself, and I. It would be bad if all the Admin started going against each other.

The next thing you must be aware is the ability to claim your points. You can not wait on them for a week and decide to get them when you feel like posting. You have 48 hours which is Sunday and Monday to post. If you do not post then you don't get paid.

Then I will approve it and add your points myself.
