Nothing
lasts forever, not even the coolness of the interior of the Uchiha Clan’s
hideout which was located away from the village that is hidden in the leaves –
Konohagakure. Eventually the thick and sturdy stone plates and stones walls of
the hideout would also slowly but surely warm up and give off their heat to the
inside of the room they are surrounding. Yes it was astounding what heat can
penetrate… Maybe that is a little hint at the mighty eyes of the Uchiha clan
for they also perceive everything, just like the heat that is also emitted by
the signature element of the Uchiha clan members – the Katon Element. Many
Uchiha have been known to use that element after all.
Either way,
the visitor was making use of the echo within the big hall that once must have
functioned and been used as a meeting hall for the Uchiha clan members for it
is a big empty hall. Big enough to fit a good hundred to five hundred members
of the clan – the later naturally only if they were to really stick together
tightly. A little pun there, ha ha. Either way, the visitor was using the echo,
consciously or not, he was using it as he was taking steps forwards and already
as he had opened the heavy door that blocks the entrance. It is not like anyone
was unwelcome in those sacred halls, it was more the fact that some people just
don’t have the manners to announce themselves by sending a letter or something
of that sort saying that they would wind up at a roughly estimated time so that
the other person who is then forced into the role of the host, has time to
prepare.
Whatever
the case was, it was too late now and as such the goof of clan leader that the
Uchiha clan was having was sitting lazily in the single chair within that great
hall and he was only covered by his good olden and most trustworthy cloak of
black color that has sustained many fights and such trivial Shinobi things
already, but which had also never failed to conceal the identity of the Clan
leader of the Uchiha clan. Though maybe that wasn’t all that necessary anymore since
years had already passed – Oh well, one gets used to things and it is hard to
go back to a previous state of unconcealed-ness, as it also removes the mystery
factor which some females enjoy… That besides the point though.
The Lazy
goof of a clan leader was sitting in his chair. Alright. He was in no way
absent with his thoughts though, but he was actually expecting the arrival of
someone who wishes to train their Sharingan, or even achieve it for that
matter. They always came to the Clan leader in the olden days as well – though mostly
because he was the only one who allowed himself to achieve the highest common
level of those mighty eyes – the Tamoe three level.
A voice was
emitted by the figure in the stone throne. It was a rather deep, yet very clear
and calming voice. It was an enchanting voice that was most trance casting as
it had a sort of pitch and ring to it which just made trust arise. Naturally,
that was more for the common people. There are people who can see through that
illusion, as someone with such a voice must never be trusted. – Yet again,
besides the point. – The voice was clear nonetheless, but most of all it was
loud and it echoed throughout the somewhat dark hall which only had a few
windows that did not even have glass in them.
“Ah… hello fellow clansman. At least I hope you are a fellow clansman. What
brings you to this desolate place far out of the village that is home to us? Would
you happen to be after my head or would you only happen to deliver some
groceries? Ahaha. I’m merely kidding. Please, please. State your business
without fooling around… for I can see right through you.”
