Description: Releasing a liquid from either his mouth or his hands the user starts letting out a light blue fridget cold liquid. The liquid will freeze on contact. IE. Freezing on the floor making it very slippery. Or freezing on a body part starting it out of action. When shot from the mouth the liquid is a glob but from the hand its a slick beam. The range of the drop is about 20-25meters.

Forced shield needs a duration that it can be used. It needs some visual specs. How big does it get. Etc etc. Explain Ice Release Steam Roller more. I dislike what it sounds like.
