Saitou Hajime Custom Techniques

Before I begin I would like to point out that none of the canon Kaguya techniques are customs and as such any Kaguya member can use them at anytime since they are simple taijutsu techniques like punching and kicking for anyone else. The following techniques however, are character specific with my character being the creator and only one able to use them. They are again simple manipulation of bone, but with chakra infused in some cases. This means that they don't necessarily have ranks.

A simple technique in which the user create new bone off of a bone that has already been extended from the body. The user must be in contact with the bone as this technique actually requires the use of chakra to use. The amount of bones created from one branch is nearly limitless, however each new bone takes new chakra to use and thus no chakra would mean no more bone creating using this technique.

Description:

Saitou Hajime's most devastating attack in which he breaks off a piece of one of his bones and implants that bone into his opponents body. This small piece(usually) is infused with his chakra and with that enters the opponents body and attaches itself to the nearest bone. Once attached, Saitou continues to filter his chakra into the bone which then becomes apart of his opponents bone. This process happens rapidly, but the strength of the technique depends on how long the bone is in place and how long Saitou filters his chakra into the bone. From the point on, Saitou gains the ability to actually create bones within the opponents body and impale them from the inside. This can be done from any distance, but the further away he is, the more chakra it takes. Each post refers to my own post. This means if I were to stab someone in my first post, I would be able to use the technique to its fullest until the 9th post in the topic. It breaks down as follows:

1st post: Bone enters the body and attaches.
2nd: Chakra is infused into the bone.
3rd Post: Saitou is able to create small bones(needle size) within the opponents body, but only from the specific bone that it is attached to.
4th Post: Saitou can create bones the size of a standard pencil from within his opponents body from the original bone and its surrounding bones.
5th Post: Saitou can create any size bone from any of the bones in his opponents body.

Okay I think they're well thought out jutsu to be honest however I can't approve them as is
The first one looks great but Might I make a suggestion that the more bones you make off of a bone would actually be somewhat weaker or require more chakra to make a good density. After all you can't make something just appear and naturally I believe the bone would be taking density (such as marrow) from it's original counterpart to produce the bud. It's not my duty to dictate what your jutsu do that's just my opinion so the first I approve (1/2)

However the second one seems a little too strong to be considered a level c rank.. and if it is allowed as such I suggest that it takes training to reach perfection. I'm not saying you aren't a good rper or anything however I AM saying that everyone is starting out at about the same strength so knowing such a strong jutsu to start out in my opinion would be unfair

Like I said it's just my opinion, have a couple others look they may differ :/

On the first technique I should have been a bit more descriptive so that there would not be any confusion haha. The secondary bone created isn't weaker because it is enhanced with chakra. The chakra is used to create the bone. In the Kaguya bloodline it takes little to no chakra to grow and regrow used bones, but with this technique it is specifically stated to require chakra. That is why the new bones are not weaker or less dense.

As for the second technique I can see that it is strong, but I disagree that it is too strong considering the many drawbacks as well as the fact that almost every person on here has a summoning technique which I think is outrageous. Rather than go on that tangent I'll explain the drawbacks of the technique so that it is better understood to not be as good.

This technique first off, requires a good deal of chakra to become more effective. To get to its full strength it takes a long amount of posts. Most fights don't even last 10 posts anymore haha. Its a technique that to use, I actually have to cut or impale my opponent which is not as easy task considering no one actually fights with taijutsu anymore =/ they just run away and use ninjutsu, kunai, and explosions.

Dance of the thistle flower shall be C-rank, state it as such please.

Dance of the flower child however requires a complex control of chakra, regardless of how long a fight may go on, it is a difficult jutsu to perform and therefore should be ranked as such. A-rank is what I consider it.

As for what you said about summons, the summoning ranks determine how much chakra is needed to summon that particular thing. There for a genin wouldn't be able to summon an A-rank wolf or whatever. They also would have to know summoning technique to even attempt to do so, something people tend to forget when they register them. So people are still starting at the same level. Just wanted to throw that in there.

A strong ninjutsu skill that requires precise chakra control and focus, the user creates a number of chains made of water from an already present source of water. This technique cannot be used if no pool of water is present. The chains are controlled by the user and can change direction based on the users control. The user of this technique cannot move while the technique is active until the target is caught. The longer the technique is being controlled the more chakra exhausted. The strength of the chains themselves also is dependent upon the user of the technique and the amount of chakra they used to create the chains. At best they would be able to easily hold a jounin in place and possibly a weaker(physically) kage.

Description:

A simple technique in which the user funnels lightning chakra into one or both of his/her palms and then through touch sends that chakra into the opponent or object. The user cannot be shocked by this technique. The amount of chakra used determines its damage ranging from a small shock all the way up to sending enough electricity through the opponents body to send them into shock and killing them. With precise enough aim, the user of the technique can pinpoint the electricity to certain parts of the opponents body and paralyze them or even reverse certain nerves to confuse the opponent. This lighting chakra can also be funneled through and item so that anything that touches the item would also be shocked.
