The jellyfish will sink into the water after ever 2nd post. (you,him) Then the jellyfish will be underwater and pop back up in the same spot 2 post later (you,him). NOTE: If at any moment you are not on the jellyfishes head, it will attack you and end your life. The water also has lost its instant killing effect.

Devin, it never states anywhere that Kagejiro left the Jellyfishes head, so I have no idea where you got that from.

Substitution jutsu does not require for these hand seals to be done. Though the wikia may state this, it has been seen in more than one place that it requires only one seal in order to perform the technique. Look at ALL of the video games that have been made so far for ANY system. You tap a button and substitution works. In the time of use, there is nowhere near enough time to perform five hand seals, thus backing up that reason for one. I would also like to see in the anime in more than one instance where they have used more than one seal for substitution, as I surely have not seen it myself. This site is not manga-only, and it does not follow the true naruto storyline, so please don't say that it only happens in manga.

Kagejiro is someone telling you to say all of this stuff my boy? I mean one minute you accept defeat next minute this. Now Kimura he is your partner in the chuunin exams so id like if you stray away from this as i've been doing.

Hannibal, it is my job as an administrator to handle wrong information. This isn't about being biased because he is my partner, it's about the fact that Devin's judgment was wrong and yes I'm saying it and he can prove me wrong if I am wrong however I can back up my points for hours on end because I know when something is wrong. I will not have my friend be wronged.

I wrote that rule, Ouroboros. It applies to members.

It says. When a decison is made. it is made. Kage admitted defeat. Devin said he died. that means its over. You are making this harder yhan it needs to be. Also yoyu can not post in the exams. makimg rulings. because you are in the exam. Devib already said this.

You seem to be making quite a bit of typos there, Ouroboros. I cannot make rulings in my own exam, though however I have done this in a previous topic with Alexander because there was adequate reason to and Devin supported that. I am simply doing my job. Kagejiro admitted defeat because he didn't feel like arguing points that he could not argue. This is my two cents, if you don't like it you don't have to. Also, that rule states that there are no loopholes, and Devin said he was dead without meeting the requirements to say so, so even Devin went past his own post and declared death when it was not necessary.

I really hate digging into shit like this, however I must do my part when I believe that there is something wrong. If Devin feels that I am wrong, he can say so, and I will do my part by shutting the fuck up and leaving it alone.

I saw the problem that I believed to be such, and if Devin feels correct in his ruling then there is nothing I can do about it. I corrected some information on the substitution technique, and now I am going to leave this. Devin, please PM or text me when you're done with all this, or MSN. I'm sick of making enemies or causing people to forfeit because I do my job and point out the problems and try to get them fixed.

No dont worry. I know your doing your job. But you see the wood suspended him in the air. the bridge of connection being him above the wate and the head of the fish. I severed that bridge meaning he was no longer on its head He was falling down. With nothing keepong him on its head. Which is why the foah killed him.. But if no one thinks thatas logical. Then im at a loss.

So let me see here, he was falling away from the head of the fish due to you cutting the wood, correct? To my understanding on the first post, he had to be completely off the fish and in the water in order to be attacked. Maybe not in the water, I'm just saying what I got out of it.
