Brief History: The Souryoku clan was presumably located somewhere in what is now known as the province of the sky, when the village was actually planted on the side of a mountain. The clan never let anyone in or anyone out, using they're unique gift of mental prowess to confuse and evade outside life. The clan mysteriously vanished off the face of the earth, their secrets being contained for years in secret scrolls.
Appearance: The tattooes Zone has all over his body will be used in this. The tattooes on his body will glow an eerie blueish purple, and Zone will be enveloped by this weird field.
Description: The Souryoku clan's abilities lay in their mental capacity. Using the tattoes as a amplifier, Zone has learned how to open a door within his mind without going through the rigorous training the Souryoku clan did, even though his way was 10x more dangerous mentally. The Souryoku clan's abilities, Zone's abilities are extreme mental strength via chakra enhancment. Due to the amplification of his chakra with the seals acting as the amplifier, Zone can now use psychokinesis. Psychokinesis is a term for most mental abilities, but are mainly for telekinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. Zone, however, has unlocked the ability of telekinesis. Using his mind, he can physically break and move things. Like a telekinetic blast. Using his eye's as focusing points, he can send out small blasts of kinetic energy to push things away. Or, he could use his mental abilities to pull things toward him. This isn't considered a doujutsu either, yet. The telekinetic blasts can be sent from anywhere. His mouth, his hands, his big toe. Firing a telekinetic blast from a big toe wouldn't be powerful at all. But sending it through the feet would make for bigger jumps, stronger kicks and enhanced maneuverability. He could probably copy the act of flying, even though it would just be concentrated blasts of telekinetic energy pushing him along and there wouldn't be any levitation at all. Since the basic element of telekinisis has very major effects but isn't extremely strenuous on the brain, this attribute would be very moderate on Zone's mind. Stronger telekinetic technique's would put more strain on Zone's mind, cutting the force between the mind and the object or limb. Stronger telekinetic techniques, such as higher level Souryoku Clan jutsu for telekinetic's, would put severe strain on the brain. Symptoms would be minor internal bleeding, headaches, seizures or blackout's. Internal bleeding would occur from the brain itself, and would effect Zone's mind drastically, even though this wouldn't happen with lower level technique's. Also, most of the internal bleeding would funnel out of open orifices. Like the mouth, nose, eye's, ear's. This isn't as strong as pain's technique's. If Zone was a Jounin, he would only have about 75% of what the Deva Path pain could do, only that there wouldn't be a time limit between each use. Since he is a genin, he can only get up to 25% power. Which is still substantial. Telekinetic fields cannot be made inside of a person Using the celestial gates would strengthen the telekinesis. If he was at the 1 gate, he would gain a 10% power boost, if at the 2 gate, he would gain another 10% power boost, etc. At chuunin it would be 20% at first gate, etc. At Jounin it would be no increase in power.


Duration: There is no duration for this.
Cool Down: There would be no cool down's on telekinetic force's, but there is a overload on Zone's mind. Every blast would be 5% of Zone's balance of his mind. Every lifting/pushing/pulling would be 10%. ((Also depends on how big the object is)). And the technique's vary. After the "overheated" gauge is over 100%, there would be a 3 post cooldown. ((Also depends on the technique/jutsu used.))

And this isn't curse seal energy.

Could it have bigger penalties? I never set out to be like pain, but I did realize telekinesis is like pain's jutsu's. He uses gravity, which can basically make you lift anything. With telekinesis, you can only lift so much. There's a huge gap. I can take out everything about pain, and have a limit on how much I can lift.

Alright, you protect yourself from a Katon Technique, will the heat be able to get through? Will you feel the heat through the connection, remember this is your mind. Additionally if you where to manipulate nine different stones and I was to lightly touch one, would you be able to feel it? That sorta thing. You already covered strain.
So yeah.

Well if it was a barrier, which I would probably have to register as a technique, no. it would be a wall of psychic energy. After the force was put up, the only connection that would be there between the energy and Zone would be that he was keeping the barrier up. He wouldn't feel anything unless he was trying to. And as for sensing someone touching an object I would have control over, I would say no. Unless I was directly trying to sense someone touch it, no.

How do the Gates play around here? As far as I can tell, they only work on the body, lets keep them there. If they worked on the mind, Rock Lee would have been sprinting away from Gaara the second he opened the third.
If your going to have this affecting your intelligence, I don't want to see the physical side of the boosts when you use them.
And wouldn't it be more appropriate to say that when the over-heated gauge is full you collapse and loose consciousnesses? Seems a little to light to just throw things around then stop for three posts. The start again.

Well when you open a gate, it increases your chakra. Increased chakra would affect the strength of the telekinesis, seeing as how chakra has to play a role in the manifestation of the force which is the telekinesis. And yeah, that makes sense. Or a complete melt down that hurts Zone like crazy, leaving him completely useless.
