Ginkawa family history is a closely guarded secret and there are no written records; the only known records have been passed down to generation after generation through stories and fables. Many of these story's are wives tales but the elders of the small clan believe the less the family members know about their origins the better. So no one really knows how they came to be but the legend surrounding their ancestors is taken as fact by many inside the clan.
The story goes that Ginkawa Hierro was a scientist and inventor during the time of the Sage of Six Path's and was once originally one of his many disciples as well a pioneer in the Sage's teachings of Ninjutsu. Ginkawa followed the Sage where ever he went and acted as one of his allies as the Sage was not loved by all. His radical idea's and abilities made the Sage a rather powerful adversary to many lords of war and many would have loved to see him perish rather then watch him change their world. Regardless of this fact the Sage remained fearless and Ginkawa remained devoted.
He studied under the Sage, trained with the Sage, and debated with the Sage. Ginkawa believed that the future of people would be based around great machines and inventions that would help people and make their lives better while the Sage believed the future of the people was in the people and they would ultimately choose to live their lives and do as they wished. He would only try to influence them to do good and do what is best for those they care about. Ginkawa didn't trust people because of his own personal issues and problems.
Ginkawa grew to oppose the Sage's teachings of spiritualism and began to live in the marvel of science. He created machines and technologies to replicate the effects of the Sage's abilities in secret. When the Sage healed people Ginkawa made miracle tonics to do the same. When the Sage moved Earth he created a system of pulley's and gears to do the same. At first the Sage enjoyed Ginkawa's little machines and thought they were truly helping people but he could soon see that Ginkawa was becoming more and more reclusive lost to his machines and inventions. The Sage could no longer take Ginkawa with him as he began to become somewhat mad.
The Sage ordered that Ginkawa return to his home to find himself and remember why he does what he does. He even gave Ginkawa a special scroll with a marvelous technique that to this day has never been heard off or seen performed by anyone; or so goes the legend. Regardless of the gift Ginkawa grew angry and thought his great teacher had discarded him like trash but he knew better then to oppose him. So he returned him with the technique and much anger. He became even more reclusive and secretive and less trusting. Eventually he grew insane but not before perfecting the Sage's technique; you would imagine he would perfect his technique through ninjutsu but he did not; he perfected it through science... or so he thought.
He created a tonic with a mixture of rare metals he believed would give him the ability to become immune to all poisons and live forever. Ironically his tonic was a poison that was comprised of mercury and tungsten as well as other dangerous elements. Needless to say he poisoned himself and died shortly after but not before having a forceful encounter with a woman who would later unwillingly give birth to a child who would start the Ginkawa clan. It seemed that during conception he poisoned the poor girl and in turn poisoned the baby. And so a dynasty was born. The Ginkawa child was born and his mother died. He was raised
