Ability One:
This ability is based around the usage of the MRD's four wings, similar to Temai's 'Sickle Weasel' attack, each of the four wings is comprised of a membrane, this is used to direct the wind streams, where the actual attack comes from is underneath the 'rudder' -so to speak- and take place of a dark gape between the scales where it creates the wind. Once this is properly kicked into gear, with but a twitch of his fingers, this allows Kakusan to sent a blade of wind at his opponent. The blade of wind is ranked as C for cutting purposes.
An additional use of the wings is to increase the Puppets movement speed as an ordinary beast would.

Ability Two:
This attribute of the Puppet is largely focused around it's tail, which has several spikes at the end, thus maximizing slicing potential.
Within the Puppets tail is a series of springs and gears, additionally manipulated by the Puppeteer, this combination gives the Puppet the ability to strike out at incredibly fast speeds.
Each of these spikes is roughly three feet long.
It also has three horns crowned atop its head which are four feet long individually. On it's feet it also has three claws per foot, each of which are two feet long

Ability Three:
What is hell associated with? Fire. Thus what do you think would be on the road to hell? A lot of fire. So I'll give you one guess what this ability does. Yes it shoots flame! Well done a thousand rounds of applause for you.
The flame is -as you might well have guessed- emitted from the mouth of the MRD, these flames have the potential to burn the very flash from you and give off a decent bit of heat even from a distance. By using the wings the range of the fire can be increased and yet the Puppet as two attack forms for this ability. The first is a literal 'flame thrower' the second a 'fireball' function. It achieves this by having stored within it's mouth, several balls of cloth, soaked in explosives of sorts. It has five of these balls, they are launched from an internal firing mechanism and can be launched a maximum of twenty meters in front of it, the flames expand from the diameter of the cloth roughly about one foot. And no fire ball would be completed without the ability to explode on contact, so that's exactly what happens, within the center of the cloth lies two things, a middle class explosive tag, and napalm.
The flamethrower is more traditional as it creates a unfocused cone of flame from the mouth of the Puppet, it reaches an approximate three meters from the point of origin and stretches another two meters across when it finally comes to an end.

This quickly an easily sums up much of the reason why attacking this Puppet is a bad idea, being constructed of some of the hardest materials that a young Genin can lay his hands on, namely the wood of which the skin of the creature is made of is resistant of Jutsu and Taijutsu up to C-Rank. It would require a B-Rank Ninjutsu to break through, and it can withstand up to seven C-Rank Attacks, before an eighth will break through.

A Field Of Pain;
Placed all over this behemoth of a Puppet are a series of metal plates, placed so as to decrease the already drastically reduced speed of the Puppet, these plates are positioned in places where they will be able to provide some medium of offensive capabilities. The plates are put it places such as the spine, head, elbows, knees and feet. It also has it's hands encased in the same material so as it can increase it's attack power.
But how do these increase the offensive abilities of this mainly defensive Puppet? Depending on the position of the plate there is a number of spines that are barbed. In other words, once one of these are placed within you, it will be inducing a rather large amount of pain to remove them. The addition of at least an inch of flesh being removed by such actions is also a large deterrent.
The density of the metal is capable of resisting C-Rank Techniques, although it is more specialized in it's defensive abilities. For piercing techniques such as Raiton and Fuuton, the armor can only resist D-Rank Techniques. In the case of Katon, Suton and Douton Ninjutsu, it can resist B-Ranks, something that is slightly made up for by it's lack of presence in some areas. The spines can pierce up to D-Rank Defenses.
These spikes can also be launched a maximum of twenty meters, and with this the puncturing ability of the spikes increases then decreases, if the target is closer then five meters, the spikes can punch through C-Rank Defenses, between six and fifteen meters then can piece D-Rank Ninjutsu and at fifteen to twenty meters, it can only deal damage to E-Ranks, so Kunai and Shuriken will be defeated by it.

A Reflection; Darkly;
Within the skull of this Puppet lies what makes in unique in a whole new way, something that until now has no been attempted by a Puppeteer. The two eyes of this Puppet glow, because at the Puppeteers desertion he can insert a thread within and attach it to two chakra responsive stones. These glow whenever a source of chakra comes close to them and from within that glow comes the chakra used to create it.
This allows for the use of Genjutsu of no higher rank then D, since the lack of Chakra makes it impossible. Additionally since the stones are being worn away with the use of the chakra, per topic these stones can only be used to cast six Genjutsu. However they will be replaced whenever possible. Additionally since the indirect method in which these stones are used, Genjutsu cannot be cast from further away then five meters. However if the Puppeteer so wishes he can increase the range by discarding one extra turn of the stones use which will equal one meter in length.

This is one of the greatest travesties of nature, indeed of the entire world. War comes a close second to the very perverseness of this. Bound within this Puppets frame, lies the once proud, the once might, Shamehada. A fickle blade that could only be fielded in battle by those it chose worthy. If it's current owner was rejected, it would refuse to allow him to wield the symbiotic sword. It was it's way of life and it's nature.
And now this cycle has ended, for now it is captive to it's owner. Who cannot bear to allow his prize to leave, so he has committed an act which there can be no forgiveness or atoning.
As one would expect, the living blade isn't too comfy with it's accommodation, and will frequently let loose a great bellow, a scream of epic proportions. A scream that is something truly horrible to bear witness and to remember. In the older days, the shark sword would giggle, a high pitched chuckle.
Now it is manipulated and tortured to produce these sounds, the sword can only produce three of these scream per topic, the screams themselves are amplified by the Puppet's systems, covering a total area of 100 meters. If you are within 70 meters of the scream, it will tear away Genjutsu of D Rank and below due to the painful nature of the sound, which leaves those who hear it slightly dizzy and reduces their agility Stat by 1 for 1 turn.
For those within 50 meters of the scream will likely remember it for most of their lives and such the sheer overwhelming volume as such it will reduce their intelligence stat as even the smartest, bravest, dumbest of shinobi will cower in fear. Their intelligence goes down by 2 for three turns. On the second and third turn they regain some of their valor and the reduction is decreased to 1. It also keeps the agility bane from the previous section which is increased to reflect the screams effects, now they will have 3 of their agility drained for 1 post. Crystal Ninjutsu for those of C-Rank will now break upon being hit by it's scream.
So now you have entered the range[10m] unto which you will hear a scream that is certain to make your hackles go up, the hair on the back of you neck stand up and your stomach to have a sudden swarm of butterflies. At this level most who hear it are so terrified that their dexterity is once again dropped, due to an overriding impulse to run away[-3] from this caged monstrosity, this lasts for four posts, this is negated if they are an Tank. Their speed falters for a second[-5]for one post. This is negated if the target is a Berserker. And as they stumble and run for cover, their agility suffers as well[-5] for two turns. This is negated if they are an Assassin. Genjutsu of B-Rank and bellow are dispelled within this range. Crystal release Techniques of B-Rank and below are also broken.

To all appearances the outer visage of this Puppet is designed by the sheer brutishness of the fundamentalism embodied within this Puppet, this section of the Puppet appropriately explains the various mechanisms inherent within the Puppet's frame, or more correctly, why there is a frame at all. And again what is driven so deeply into the frame that makes them one unified being.
As was said before, within the body of the Puppet lies a beast, a chakra hungry creature, that most likely does no enjoy being caged up all day long. Such as shame that this certain Puppeteer is a sadist of the highest order, a truly deplorable being, yet one that is unwise to wind up against.
Since this sword readily consumes chakra, one might question how it is successfully incorporated into a Puppet's design, as they rely on chakra threads to move, function and lash out at their masters will. Nothing has been changed within the Puppet, inscribed into the frame is a loyalty Fuinjutsu, one placed long ago, it was originally used to leave prisoners of war inside, but the older model has been revamped to suit this Puppeteer's purposes, and this leaves us with the majority of the frame. This solves the question of the Puppets resident being disobedient, or trying to prevent itself from adsorbing any techniques, allowing said technique to be instrumental unto the Puppet's undoing. At which point the blade will almost certainly leave the owner of it, lest he has another one of these containment vessels prepared, an unlikely precaution.
So what happens on the outside of the Puppets frame? Well placed at periodic intervals are variously sized chakra conversion generators, at the motion of the user, the Puppet's generators light up at the afflicted area and utilizing the chakra from the jutsu or entity projected at it, and sapping it. Additionally the extensions of Shaemhada are capable of utterly reducing most Ninjutsu to rubble, or smoke, or mist, or a few sparks. Depending on the elemental nature of the technique. Anything above A-Rank takes two posts to properly nullify and consume. Of course this would be a mere shadow of itself it if didn't have the body of Shamehada backing it up, for herein lies one of the most cruelest parts of this manikin, when it was placed inside the cage, with the supplication of chakra, the beast was forced to grow outwards, it's spines where specially targeted, and they where inserted into the pipes, these pipes lead to the chakra conversion generators, and allow them to add Shamehada's power to themselves, if Shaamehada is freed from it's prison it won't be going anywhere in a hurry.
Another use of this frame is for the ability for it to open up and swallow opponents whole, using the Loyalty Seal, they can either be stored there, and held captive as a sedative gas quickly fills the chamber and will place them in a sleep from when they awaken[8-Posts]-[1-Topic]later, contact with skin is enough. Or if they wish to kill them, they can simply have the Shark Blade consume all their chakra as it ingests them. To help with this rather tricky business of finding food, the Puppet can expel wires, each of them with a magnet at the end, with this the wires link up around the target, and the said victim is quickly reeled in.
Above the Puppet it has two limbs, each of which ends in a long blade, this blade is chakra conductive and can be filled with taken chakra from opponents which it cuts. The amount of chakra per cut is fairly large as one would expect[-4]. And due to the fact that the Chakra Strings are mainly attached to at least one of the chakra sapping generators can inject these back along the lines to the Puppeteer, at which point he will get the added chakra for his own disposal and use.
Now lining the blades of this Puppet, are small holes, these are placed so that they won't compromise the strength of this manikin, so they are generally placed along the edge of blades, so that as soon as they so much as nick their opponent, the venom is injected. The venom in question is very unique, and is created specially for this purpose; of making the opponents existence as painful and fruitless as possible. It's the very application of this slow torture that makes this Puppet what it is. The draining of chakra which it's prisoner contributes too, and it's screams which can sell the heart of the most hardened vetted specialism of combat and horror.
It's venom that it excretes numbs the mind, making it more susceptible to Genjutsu, but most importantly, is the way in which it robs it's victim of their memories, for every cut it's victims sustain, they loose a jutsu\ability as they quickly forget that which makes them who they are. The way in which the technique are 'deleted' is through a simply method, which in this case is it's recentness. So Academy Jutsu are long in-grained and take multiple doses of the venom to remove. So it begins at the top of the list, the S-Ranks the user possesses, then moves onto the A-Ranks and so on.
The last application of this Puppet is the fact that it has the ability to play a role in chakra conversion, much the same as the partnership between the Sword and the Swordsman, if the Puppeteer supplies that Hand Seals, this Puppet allows for the use of Doton Ninjutsu, with itself serving as a medium.

This is the final act of this Puppet, a performance that can be repeated as many times as the user has the capacity for, and the knowledge to perform through. Using this Puppet as their medium, and playing with it's chakra specialized equipment, they revamp the Chakra Conversion Cores, now forcing chakra out of the Puppet, rather then into.
But without the appropriate methods, this is but a waste, so after the application of a element. And the physical and spacial reconstruction of the chakra, this allows the user to utilize Ninjutsu using the Puppet as it's base.
The Chakra Conversion Cores can only be used to wield one element. For Kakusan this is Doton.

This ability is very nice, but there's a few things that I recommend to be cleaned up so you can avoid problems with other members and staff.You didn't state the range for this effect to take place. Also, it seems more reasonable to stun and decrease speed and dexterity rather than strength and inteligence. The reasons you put is powerplaying and conflicting the characters personality you encounter, so you will have to fix that and not play on the emotions of one's character;they'll take care of that. Dispelling genjutsu is okay, but you need to be in short to medium range in order to break certain crystals. Also, since every technique in the release is different, the crystal can be broken, not dispelled. They're two different things, so fix that for me please. So overall, no bringing down intelligence or strength for any part of ability one.

You also need to clean up ability number two. You're making it seem like it has two abilities in one here. But you may be able to fix that by following the puppet template completely since you missed "Materials" and didn't put in a cost for it.
