By drawing a thick tendril on the ground grey will perform the needed handseal to bring it to life. The tendril only remains in the same place thus it can not move tho it can extend and coil it is controlled by the movements of the ink brush. The tendril can extend a maximum of 8-10 metres

May I point out that the only thing apporved here was the TEndril as per Bonten's explination. The Ink Senbon is now. And now, I will handle that.


First, auto no on the basis of a prior jutsu and a lot of holes in the explination. Which are:

1, you are assumed to be able to still use them after

2, loopholing the item shop

and finally, 3, C is not an element, and I want more explination on what can be done with this tech and so forth, thank you.

And if your saying that the second jutsu is unapproved and denied then give me 40 points back as i got 80 deducted so yeah

1) I am doing this calmly, so stop your flaming. Next, you are refunded your 40 tp and all spending is on hold for you until this is resolved.

2) please fix what I asked or your fine will be based on the assumed rank of the jutsu how it stands, which will be S rank.
