Most of the Kurogane clan are of noble background, which usually results in them mostly having athletic builds due to getting the highest training possible, fair skin and, for some reason, pink hair. All Kurogane members have an overflow of Chakra in their hands at birth, which could potentially turn a person into food unless dealt with.

Dress: Most wear a lot of clothing, accessories, ninja tools, and basically anything they can carry without falling over, so as to have as many things as they can to work with for their Kekkei Genkai.

Traditions: One tradition that they have that is still followed in their modern day culture is that all the members gather once a year and have a huge feast for all of them, however, they don't cook the food, they create it using their food style Jutsu, to show who can make the tastiest food in the clan just by using their techniques.

Clan History:

It started with a man named Waranuchi Kurogane of Konohagakure, who aspired to be a chef in life, rather than a ninja. One day when he did a class where he was forced to create a ninjutsu of his own, he was less than enthusiastic about it, and even hesitated and wanted so badly to just tell everyone that he didn't like his duties as a ninja and only wanted to cook. Sighing, he practiced for days and eventually, much to his surprise, he created food from a kunai he had in his hand without even realizing it. From there on and after, every time he touched something with his bare hands, they turned into food. He showed this to his teacher, who was very impressed at this discovery, and Waranuchi eventually became the talk of the town.

After awhile of messing around with this technique he had somehow acquired by doing nothing at all, he eventually tried to turn food into weapons, which, shockingly enough, worked; though the weapons were made out of food, however they were still every bit as deadly as a normal weapon. He had finally been interested as a shinobi with this new discovery, being able to combine his love of cooking to make fighting, the thing he hated most, at least bearable. He eventually got married, retired as a chef, and lived the rest of his days cooking for his newly established clan and family until his inevitable death.

Since that day, his ability to turn weapons into food and food into weapons has been passed down throughout the Kurogane clan. However, all members are placed with a seal on their hands at birth, so that in the beginning they won't accidentally turn someone into food by touching them, but they can break the seal upon learning how to control what they want and don't want to turn into food.

Kekkei Genkai Info:

Food style level 0: Seal is fully active and cannot use Food style; you start out with this.

Food style level 1: Seal is weakened a little bit; can now begin turning weapons (Kunai, swords, shuriken, etc) into food and turning food into weapons. A 500 word training topic is required to obtain this.

Food style level 2: Seal is weakened moderately; can turn clothing and fabric into food. A 1500 word training topic is required to obtain this.

Food style level 3: Seal is weakened heavily; can turn environmental objects (Such as trees, small pieces of the ground, rocks, etc) into food. All food at this level will replenish Chakra upon consumption. Requires a 2500 word training topic to obtain this.

Food style level 4: Seal is fully broken. With this, you can turn people into food by touching them with your palms, and all food you create will heal wounds such as cuts or bruises, but will NOT heal a broken bone or bring you back to life. You're still screwed there.
